Ramuntcho was known so far for his work as a writer & producer, on Elli Medeiros’ latin-tinged hit singles, and on the albums he produced for Don Cherry or for legendary poet Brion Gysin.
He’s also written soundtrack music (for a ballet by choreographer Régine Chopinot, for a video-opera by his father, illustrious Chilean painter Roberto Matta.).
This album was his first & exciting outing as a front-person.
"2 L'amour" (phonetically meaning "Of Love") was recorded in Paris and Brussels, with the help of a colourful palette of guests.
