BBB (Balkan Beat Box) "Give"

Crammed Discs is please to announce the release of the third full-length album of BBB (Balkan Beat Box): "Give".

The three core members of BBB took a different approach for this new album: they locked themselves up in a studio with an array of old analog synths, and came up with this collection of slamming tracks which take ther music to new territories. "Give" further expands the borders of their trademark Mediterranean-inflected sound, to incorporate an energy and roughness reminiscent of certain new strains of African, Asian and South American electronic club music. At the same time, the band's songwriting has spectacularly evolved, with several quasi-rock tracks, and socio/politically-charged lyrical content, not unconnected to last year’s people’s protest movements across the globe (as exemplified by the first video off the album, "Political Fuck").
