Here's the next chapter of an already extraordinary story: in 1980-83, Véronique Vincent and Marc Hollander wrote and recorded a trailblazing avant-pop album, which predated certain hybrid musical trends which may have emerged later on (think pop meets proto-techno, with African, Middle-Eastern, dub, jazz & cinematic French flavours…)

The album remained unfinished and unreleased for 30 years, and finally came out for the first time in Oct 2014 under the title  "Ex-Futur Album". It was acclaimed by the international media, which spoke of an "astonishingly modern album" (Libération, FR), "so ahead of the curve" (The Crack, UK), which "still sounds futuristic, 30 years later" (Journal Frankfurt)

The enthusiastic reception has convinced Véronique Vincent & Marc Hollander to reform a band, and they're now starting to  play shows for the first time since the 80s, with a line-up including three people who weren't even born when the songs were recorded: Sebastiaan Van den Branden (guitar, bass, synth) & Christophe Claeys (drums, percussion), both from Amatorski, and Faustine Hollander (guitar, bass, vocals).
