The Arc Of Blueness

Straight from the deepest heart of Detroit, Michigan, deeply rooted in techno but clearly drawing from many other sources, The Arc Of Blueness is a world of its own: hypnotic textures & grooves interspersed with eerie vocals, a resolutely lo-fi sound production concept which makes the entire album even more mysterious, a couple of heart-rending love songs, including among others the majestic All My Love and an obsessive, Detroit-meets-The-Residents track entitled Mirabella. The being referred to as “Q-Moog” says that he was born and raised in New York, and enriched by both his African and Aborigine cultures. He re-located to Detroit, where he first became a jazz experimentalist and then endeavoured to develop his personal musical and spiritual vision. Most know him only as “Green” .
